Hi,
I just got on my ps4 this morning and I knew something was immediately off when I turned on my ps4. It wasn't going to the main menu, it wasn't loading my game, it was doing nothing. I couldn't do anything on my ps4 either, my controller wouldn't work and I could tell it to restart. Then I decided to hold the power button to turn it off but when I held it for 30 seconds it wouldn't do anything. After that I decided to unplug it. When I did that and turn it back on I had the same issue however I was able to use my controller for when it tells me that the ps4 was turned off improperly.
Then I got a strange prompt that came up saying that there was a download on my ps4 that was already there and asked if I wanted to overwrite it and it woudn't let me agree to it. Which was strange so I held the power button because I thought my consule had frozen up. After that I turned it back on and I got the same prompt but couldn't acept it. Except this time I could hold down the ps4 button on the controller, however, I still couldn't do anything else other than that.
So I decided to restart my ps4 again thinking it would let my controller work this time and it did but I then got the notification to do update 4.70 which when I went to system software update it wouldn't let me and kept giving me the error code SU-30625-6 which was strange and I looked it up and I have yet to find anything to fix this error, anyone have any idea on how to fix this error?
Please help.
Thanks!
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
